Karachi: The report on the Chinese Consulate in Karachi has been released by the forensic department of the Sindh Police.Four policemen were killed during the exchange of firing on Thursday
Reports tells that slabs of C-4 (explosives), two chemical bottles and a dry battery were found out from the belongings of the attackers. Although they were killed at the spot during the exchange of firing between them and police officials but it is not yet figured out that what was their intention.
Forensic report and initial investigation revealed that they also brought detonators along with them.
RGD-5 grenades and explosive device that weighed three kilograms was also recovered from their possession according to the initial reporting.
These highly-equipped attackers additionally brought first aid kit with them too.
The Counter Terrorism department has started a high level investigation in the Chinese Consulate Attack case.
Nine more suspects have been arrested and their mobile phone data accessed. Therefore, it is said that probing is done at significantly good pace. Chinese Consulate in Karachi on Friday morning, but were killed before they could get into the building.
It is important to mention that Pro Indian Militant organization , Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) have taken responsibility on the attack on consulate.
