ISLAMABAD -In a mockery of events, two former Indian Army top Generals clash over validity of surgical strikes against Pakistan.

While former Army chief and current minister of state for external affairs General VK Singh sought to debunk Congress claim of six surgical strikes were carried out during the UPA tenure, Lt. General (retd) DS Hooda, the orchestrator of the famous 2016 surgical strike, said several such strikes were conducted during UPA regime too, DNA has reported.
