14 August Ceremony held in Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi

NEW DELHI (Web Desk) – According to source A ceremony in connection with Independence Day (14 August 2016 ) was held at Pakistan High Commission in India New Delhi today Sunday.

Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit unfurled the Pakistani national flag and cut the cake.

Addressing the independence Day ceremony, Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit said Pakistan will continue extending diplomatic, political, and moral support to the people of occupied Kashmir for their right to self-determination. He said Pakistani Nation has dedicated this Jasna-e-Azadi  Day to the Kashmiris who are struggle for his rights.

according to international media Abdul Basit urged that Kashmiris should be given the right to self-determination as per United Nations (UN)  resolutions .

An Independence Day celebrations ceremony was also held at the Pakistan embassy in Kabul.

Ambassador Ibrar Hussain hoisted the national flag.
