Islamabad: The appointment of all Prime Minister’s special assistants has been challenged in the Islamabad High Court.
According to details, a petition was filed in the Islamabad High Court against the appointment of 15 special assistants of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
According to local media reports, The application was filed against Farooq Nawaz Bhatti Naeemul Haq, Firdous Ashiq Awan, Nadeem Afzal, Ali Nawaz Zawan, Zulfi Bukhari, Shahzad Akbar, Dr Moeed Yusuf and Usman Dar.

The petition states that Dr Moeed Yusuf has worked with various think tanks in the United States, his deployment may be against the interests of the country, the deputy special assistant was appointed against the Article 92 of the constitution.
The petition also called upon the cabinet division and requested the NAB to take action against this.
