Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Jahangir Tareen’s son Ali Khan Tareen has recently shown interest in buying “The Sixth Team” of Pakistan Super League (PSL). He is likely to own a team in next season which will be the fourth season of the PSL.
Ali recently confirmed this news while talking to a private media outlet.
“I have had two to three meetings with Pakistan Cricket Board officials in Lahore and I really want to buy the team for the fourth edition of PSL,” he briefed the media.
Ali told that he has finished his early working of the tender for PSL 4.
Players’s manager Imran Ahmed Khan told the ownership of the Sixth team will soon be decided through tender. The tender will be released in the first week of December.
Player’s manager told media spokesperson, “We are trying that the ownership rights of the sixth team are sold by next month.”
All the six franchises have selected the players for the fourth edition of Pakistan Super League through player’s draft that held in Islamabad.
