Any offensive move from India will be strongly answered: FO

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has rejected the irresponsible statement of the new Indian Army Chief, saying that any aggressive move by India will be answered strongly.

A statement from the Foreign Office said that there should be no doubt about Pakistan’s readiness.  We will respond to India strongly about any aggressive move.

Pakistan’s response to the Indian action in Balakot should be remembered; despite India’s provocations that Pakistan will continue to play its role for peace and security in the region.

Foreign Office says that Pakistan will continue to provide moral political and diplomatic support to Kashmiris. The United Nations should resolve the matter in accordance with the National Security Resolutions, while Pakistan will continue to raise its voice internationally.

The spokesperson further said that senior Kashmiri leadership should be released especially to young children, 9 lakh security personnel should be expelled immediately from occupied Kashmir and India could overcome its internal problems instead of false operations.
