LAHORE: The thrilling matches of the Kabaddi World Cup are underway and on the fourth day of the event, Canada, Iran and England have won in their respective matches.
Canada defeated Azerbaijan 31-40 after an interesting match in the match played at Iqbal Stadium in Faisalabad on Wednesday.
The remaining two matches of the day proved to be one-sided and Iran gained valuable points by beating Germany 23-55 and England beating Sierra Leone 26-41.
In the first match, Naveen of Canada has declared the best raider while the best stopper was Ravi Kumar of Canada.
In the match of Iran, the best raider award was given to Meisal Mohammadi and best stopper award was given to captain Ali Safari.
Today, Iran will face India, Germany will face Sierra Leone in Faisalabad, while hosts Pakistan and Australia will compete in the last match of the day.
