Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan meets with YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki in Davos, Switzerland, on the sidelines of World Economic Forum.
The PM and Wojcicki held discussions on utilizing digital platforms for image building of Pakistan.
Discussions held on utilizing digital platforms for image building of Pakistan, promotion of tourism and attracting investments. The utilization of digital platforms for the promotion of education also discussed.
Prime Minister Imran Khan will address in Davos today where he will be highlighting Pakistan’s economic vision in front of world leaders.
Tania Aidrus, the head of the PM’s Digital Pakistan Vision campaign, who was also in attendance in the meeting, said: “We talked about supporting the thriving contents creator community in Pakistan and how we need to work together to promote responsible digital journalism.”
Earlier, Joe Kaeser, CEO of Siemens called on Prime Minister Imran Khan on the sidelines of World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2020 in Davos. Matters related to technology transfer, investment and skills enhancement cooperation came under discussion.
Special Assistant to the PM, Syed Zulfiqar Abbas Bukhari and Ambassador at large on Investments Ali Jehangir Siddiqui were also present during the two meetings.
