Court extends Saad Rafique’s interim bail

The accountability has extended the Interim bail of Khawaja Saad Rafique and Salman Rafique on Wednesday  till December 5.

Lahore High Court heard the petition of PML-N leaders duo Rafique brothers on Monday.

A bench led by Justice Tariq Abbasi and comprising of two judges was informed that NAB chairman has generated the arrest warrants in the Paragon Housing Scandal.

Court questioned NAB’s interrogation officer regarding the arrest of Rafique brothers. But a genuine proof could not be provided against them.

National Accountability Bureau arrested the PML-N leader Saad Rafique and his brother Salman Rafique for owning Paragon City. Shehbaz Sharif had given the favour to the proxy company Lahore Casa developers which was actually Paragon society.
