EU extends ban on arms sales to Myanmar over Rohingya crisis

The European Union has extended ban on arms sales to Myanmar and sanctions against its high-ranking officials over Rohingya minority persecution.

The EU said in a statement, the measures, including an embargo on weapons and other equipment will stay in place until at least April 30, 2020.
