The Truth about Ehsanullah Ehsan Escape:
It should be noted that the Pakistani army submitted a confessional statement of Ehsanullah Ehsan in April 2017. In which he said that he was working for the Indian intelligence agency RAW.
In the video of this confessional statement issued by the Army’s Public Relations ISPR, he revealed his real name, Liaquat Ali, and said he belonged to Mohmand Agency.
It should be noted that last month, the Indian newspaper Sunday Guardian published the same news on 18 January without any authentic proof, after which the Indian Media decides to come up with new plans and release a fake audio recording through an Afghani Twitter Journalist.
NewsBox team establish contact with the Indian Newspaper and requested them to provide the source or proof but they denied to share and did not give any source.
On November 15, A Belgium-based EU DisinfoLab discovered 265 bogus media outlets in 65 countries that have been created to promote Indian diplomatic interests and to defame Pakistan.
The organization said in its report that hundred of websites in Brussels are self-made news magazines for working for India.
The organization says the magazine is run by Indian stakeholders, who have contacts with many think tanks, non-governmental organizations and many companies of India-based Srivastava Group.
In Ehsanullah Ehsan case we can say that same strategy adopt by Indian media to spread fake news and defame Pak Army and Pakistan.
The tweet shared on Twitter was retweeted by Indian and Afghans and most of the comments were made by Pashtun separation movement supporters which are already against the Pak Army.
