TEHRAN: (Web Desk) Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi called on Iranian President and Foreign Minister in Tehran, calling for an end to tensions in the region. Foreign Minister said that Pakistan would not be part of the war against any country in the region.
In a mission to reduce tensions in the Middle East, the Foreign Minister met with the Iranian President and Foreign Minister in Tehran to discuss joint efforts to end the current tensions in the region. On the occasion, the Foreign Minister said that Iran has historic brotherly relations with Pakistan, which Pakistan attaches great importance to being a neighboring country. The Foreign Minister said that Pakistan will not be part of the war against any country in the region.
The Foreign Minister will arrive in Saudi Arabia today with a high-level delegation after a visit to Iran where talks will be taken to strengthen peace in the region.
