Hearing against Moulana over Inappropriate language for Pakistani Institution was rejected: IHC

Islamabad High Court rejected to proceed with the hearings against Moulana Fazal. The claimant, Shahjahan Khan, said that Moulana had used inappropriate language and derogatory remarks against respectable institutions of Pakistan.

Moreover, Shahjahan said that Prime Minister Office should be investigated that why PM didn’t take any action against Moulana over his deprecatory remarks.




Justice Athar- Islamabad High Court- nullified the claim by saying that freedom of speech should prevail in the country. We should improve our characters so that no one can make such remarks against us. Freedom of speech is the right to every Pakistani, we cannot stop Moulana owing to his speech.
