Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) to listen to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf plea, seeking Pakistan People’s Party co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari’s disqualification for not showing details of his assets, tomorrow.
Plea against the disqualification of the PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zaradri was filed by PTI’s Usman Dar. Islamabad High Court will take up the case tomorrow and it will be heard by Justice Athar Minhallah, at 9 in the morning.

It was said that in petition that the Pakistan People’s Party co-chairman in not eligible to hold office because because he failed to show his full assets and hence according to court ruling, he should be disqualified as a member of the National Assembly.
Asif Ali Zardari, Election Commission of Pakistan and National Assembly Secretary are summoned as the respondents in the case.
Previously, Supreme Court had returned a petition registered by PTI leaders seeking disqualification of Zardari.
SC registrar said that petition did not look into the relevant forum to address their issues. “The petitioners approached Supreme Court despite presence of the aforesaid forum.”
