During an Interview, Nutritionist Dr. Ayesha Abbas made it clear that excessive use of noodles can create an obesity problem in kids.
Instant noodles are made from Maida (White Flour) that has not sufficient food nutrients. Moreover, one cup of instant noodles has 36 calories that are alarming.
Apart from calories, noodles are loaded with different slats that can cause blood pressure, later on.
However, wheat flour noodles can be eaten because wheat noodles have almost all essential ingredients in it which is necessary for a child.
Egg noodles are also a good alternative to instant noodle, made from white flour.
