International media is ignoring human rights violations in Kashmir: PM

Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan says International media is ignoring human rights violations in Kashmir. According to details, Prime Minister Imran Khan in his message on Twitter said that the global media is making headlines for Hong Kong protests.

He said that the international media is ignoring human rights abuses in Kashmir. Indian forces have occupied Kashmir illegally and have imposed the curfew to stop the freedom fighters. The Prime Minister said that occupied Kashmir is a controversial area recognized at the international level. 9 lac Indian troops have taken 80 million Kashmir hostages.

He said that there has been a complete blackout of the communication system in Kashmir for 2 months. Kashmiri leaders, thousands of Kashmiris including children are in jail. Prime Minister Imran Khan added that the human tragedy in occupied Kashmir is rapidly escalating to a crisis. In 30 years, one lac Kashmiris were martyred.

It should be noted that in order to highlight the Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir, solidarity with Kashmir is being celebrated today. A chain of human hands will be created in Islamabad today under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan for solidarity with Kashmiris. According to Assistant Special Information Minister Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan, the chain of human hands will be created at 3:30 pm today from the Convention Center to D-Chowk. Prime Minister Imran Khan will address the participants in D-Chowk.

It is necessary to mention here that the Indian government has removed the article 370 and 35 (A) and called it an Indian Territory. Indian forces have imposed the curfew since 5th of the last month. There is total communication blackout in the valley and people are just confined to their homes. The economy of Occupied Kashmir has been badly affected by imposed curfew.
