Iran fired 15 ballistic missiles at two military bases of the US and its allied forces in Iraq, in response to the death of General Qasem Soleimani, the head of the Al-Quds Force.
According to a British news agency Reuters report, Tehran has targeted two military bases in Iraq where the US army has been stationed at around 1:30 pm local time.
According to an Iranian state television report, the missile attack killed “80 American terrorists” and that the military was unable to stop any missile.
Official TV quoted sources from the Iranian Revolution leader, says that if the United States retaliate on this event, Iran has its target locked on further 100 locations.
The report also said US helicopters and military equipment were “severely damaged”.
