Iran has ruled out the possibility of settling a new deal with main powers.

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said European accomplices have neglected to satisfy their responsibilities under a 2015 atomic settlement. He continued that now Iran will not do a deal before compliance with the 2015 nuclear treaty.

However, leaders from different states including UK, Germany, and France have asked Iranian authorities to make a dialogue with world powers regarding his atomic and rocket programs. This joint public statement came when British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, German Chancellor and French President met at the United Nations.
