Karachi has been witnessing the worst traffic situation in the city and huge rush in the markets since the announcement of easing the lockdown from May 9, after which many celebrities have taken to social media to crack down on those who ignore precautions.
A few days ago, Wasim Akram’s wife Shaniera Akram on social networking site Twitter expressed regret over the traffic situation on the roads, people walking out of their houses without masks and not taking other precautionary measures.
Seeing footage of traffic blocked roads, congested streets and market places and hundreds of people without even a mask on. This country makes me want to cry

Now actress Sanam Saeed also questioned people’s Eid shopping.
The actress wrote in her tweet, “Do we really need to go to the markets and shop for Eid? Will we be the same again and not change ourselves?”
“Please go out carefully, this is a very difficult time because everyone has come out together,” she added.
Advising, Sanam Saeed wrote, “Why not celebrate Eid in a unique way this year?”
Do we really need to run to the markets for eid shopping? Will we go back to our old ways without showing any change? Please ehtiyaat say bahir jaain. This is another crucial time since everyone is rushing out together at once. Maybe try celebrating eid differently this year?

It may be recalled that at present more than 35,000 people in the country have been infected with the coronavirus and 761 deaths have been reported.
