Journalist sent to jail for 5-day judicial remand.

Journalist Nasrullah Chaudhry is sen to jail for 5-day judicial remand by anti-terrorism court.

Court has directed investigation officer that inquiry is to be done according to the law.

Journalist Nasrullah Chaudhry works for the newspaper Nai Baat, he was brought to jail today where his judicial remand was announced.

Court also objected that why his face was covered with a cloth while he was coming to the court. To which the investigation officer said, he has no idea about this.

Ghulam Fatima the wife of the journalist petitioned in the Sindh High Court for the safe recovery of her husband on Monday.

She told that men entered and raided their house in Karachi’s Garden east.They searched our flat and took Nasrullah to his father’s flat. Law enforcement searched their department too.

The Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) has shown their concerns regarding journalist.
