‘Justice should be non-discriminatory and fair,’ says Chief Justice

Chief Justice of Pakistan’s top court Supreme Court stated that justice should always be non-discriminatory.

Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar is currently in London to raise funds for Diamer-Bhasha and Mohmand Dam. He spoke to media on early morning in Tuesday.

He commented that Supreme Court in free from all biases and favouritism .We as a Judge only look on the facts and evidences to reach a conclusion of the case. We have nothing to do with who stands accountable.

Mian Saqib Nisar said that pending money laundering cases will be solved on immediate basis and legally dealt.

While talking about money laundering case he said “A protocol has been signed with the United Kingdom to get information on the properties owned by Pakistanis there.”

He additionally said that some of the NAB policies need to be revised.

He said that few people are already being probed by the top judge and many suspects are to be investigated. A team has been formed with the corporation of State bank of Pakistan and the sole purpose is to bring looted money back.
