The petition filed against the last episode of “Mere Pass Tum Ho” in Lahore’s Civil Court. A woman named Maham filed a plea in court and request to stop the airing of the popular drama.
In the petition, Maham claimed that drama serial “Mere Pass Tum Ho” had put a negative impact on Pakistani women as it continued to d-grade women in society. It needs to be halted.
The court after hearing the argument of Maham issued notices to the concerned for January 24, 2020. The last episode of drama “Mere Pass Tum Ho” is set to be aired in cinemas on January 25, 2020.
