The daughter of Hollywood’s highest-grossing actor, Dwayne Johnson, known as The Rock, has decided to become a part of the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) by continuing her family tradition.
Simone Johnson, 18, began her training for the WWE and has followed in the footsteps of not only his father but his grandfather.
She will become the fourth generation superstar of her family in WWE history.
According to a report by the British news agency BBC, Simone said in her statement, “My family has a very close relationship with wrestling and therefore it is very special to me and I am very thankful for the opportunity. Not only for the sake of the tradition but also for continuing this tradition.”
Simone Johnson’s training has also begun, and many future wrestling stars will also be part of training for wrestling in Florida.
Announcing the news, Simone Johnson’s father, The Rock, shared a post on his Instagram that said, “Dreams are not just for dreamers; I am feeling very proud. Live your dream.”
