National Youth Survey to be conducted for the first time in Pakistan

Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf -led federal government has decided to conduct a National survey on youth for the first time in Pakistan in collaboration with the United Nations (UN).

The National Youth Development Index Programme will be launched under the title of “Successful Youth”.

The decision was taken during a meeting that was held in Islamabad with PM’s Special Aide for Youth Usman Dar in the lead, on the order of PM Khan.

The meeting was also attended by the UN officials and the members of Statistical department of Pakistan.

Usman Dar apprised the officials regarding PM vision and told that PM Imran Khan has taken a decision of arranging a survey elating youth for the first time in the 71 year history of Pakistan.

While talking about the project, Usman Dar said that survey will be held after collecting data base of youth on district and Tehsil levels across the country, this will be done to know what youth expects from the government and how their problems can be best tackled.
