Pakistan cricket team left for Australia tour

Pakistan cricket team has departed for Australia via Dubai on Saturday for three T20I and Test series against the hosts.

According to details, the team has embarked for Australia from Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore.

Security at the Lahore airport was heightened for their departure.



The young Babaz Azam will be leading the side for the first time in T-20I, while Azhar Ali will lead the team for test matches.

The green shirts will start the tour with the practice match on October 31 against Australia Eleve.

T20 schedule:

November 3    First T20I

November 5    2nd T20I

November 8    Third T20I

Test schedule:

Nov 21, Thu – Nov 25, Mon: Australia vs Pakistan, 1st Test

Nov 29, Fri – Dec 03, Tue: Australia vs Pakistan, 2nd Test.
