West Indies batsman Chris Gayle has declared Pakistan one of the safest countries after which pressure for Bangladesh to visit Pakistan has increased.
Chris Gayle, who represents Chattogram Challengers in Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Referring to the impression he had made during a conversation with the media, he said he could play for 4 to 5 years now and would try to play as long as possible.
The 40-year-old cricketer said that many cricket fans want to see Chris Gayle, “I love the game and am still obsessed with it, I will try to play as long as possible.” He added.
On this occasion, the reporter asked him whether you think Pakistan is a safe country for cricket. In response to this, Chris Gayle said that Pakistan is currently one of the safest countries in the world.
He said that Pakistan provides presidential-level security and declared Pakistan as safe as Bangladesh.
Following Chris Gayle’s statement, it has become more difficult for Bangladesh to refuse a visit to Pakistan, where they are suspected of playing a Test match in Pakistan.
It should be remembered that Bangladesh has plans to visit Pakistan for T20 and Test matches this month but the Bangladesh Cricket Board will currently consider sending the team for T20 matches only.
