Saudi cabinet allows foreigners to conduct media and printing business

According to the Saudi Press Agency, a Saudi cabinet meeting was held in Qassar-ul-Islam, Jeddah, under the leadership of Khadim Herman Sharifin Shah Salman bin Abdul Aziz. In this meeting, the proposal of the Ministry of Commerce and the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority was approved.

The cabinet of Saudi Arabia has allowed foreigners to do business in 19 areas related to media and printing. Provide pre-printed services, establish libraries, writing scripts, paintings, photography, short films, documentaries, journalistic material for various TV channels, cinema, theater, foreign printed material, Studio services, distribution, social media-related content, media advice and other businesses related to the sector.
