Supreme Court resents GB minister for his ‘misbehaviour’ at Islamabad airport

Islamabad: Mian Saqib Nisar, Chief Justice of Pakistan called inspector general of Islamabad Police in a case related to Gilgit Baltistan minister’s misbehaviour with a Pakistan International Airline (PIA) staff.

Minister for Tourism Fida HussainIG Islamabad soon checked into the court after he was called by the judge, CJP Saqib Nisar interrogated him regarding the step he has taken pertaining to the misbehaviour incident. CJP said that new Islamabad Airport falls in the Rawalpindi Jurisdiction.

Gilgit-Baltistan Tourism Minister was also summoned by the court and he appeared before the judge.
“Are you the same minister who shoved and pushed the PIA official at the airport,” the CJP questioned.
Chief Justice also requested to see the video to analyse what actually happened?

He resented the minister’s behaviour and straight away asked, “If he was in sense while misbehaving with the PIA official?”
Fida Hussain confessed before the court that he pushed the PIA official and to which he explained, he was in hurry, he had been waiting at the airport for hours and flight didn’t take off. He said, “I was completely helpless even though I was minister.”

Mr. Saqib Nisar questioned, “How could you interfere in government affair?” and said: “You should apologize to the persons you’d misbehaved with.”

Fida Hussain replied to one of the question that he is extremely ashamed of what he did that day.
Gilgit-Baltistan tourism Minister on November 15 was scheduled leave from Islamabad in PIA flight PK-607 for Gilgit. Due to technical reasons the flight was delayed and later it was cancelled due to bad weather to which Fida Hussain reacted furiously.
