Talks going on with protesters to resolve matter friendly: Shehryar Afridi

ISLAMABAD: Shehryar Afridi Minister of State for Interior on Thursday said negotiations are going on with the protesters to end riots peacefully.

Shehriyar Afridi standing on the floor of National assembly said Govt doesn’t want to use force against protesters.  “The nation will soon hear good news in this regard,” he added.

He however made it clear that no dictation will be accepted and no compromise will be done on the security of the country.

He further said that no party came make state within state, we wouldn’t let it happen in ‘Naya Pakistan’.

“The government will sit with the opposition parties to take them into confidence regarding this matter,” he said.

He said that its is the responsibility of the state to protect very religion and all minorities.He went on saying that Aasia Bibi and judges will be protected. He appreciated how people’s party chairman Bilawal bhutto stepped up to help government.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari stressed on the need to demonstrate responsibility in the current situation as the country situation couldn’t get that more worse.

Abdul Shakoor of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl said the sanctity of Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) is very dear to all Muslims. He said love for the last Prophet is part of our faith.He urged Govt to handle situation appropriately and responsibly.
