The government is taking Rs 40 on diesel and Rs 38 on petrol as taxes

Islamabad: The benefit of price reduction of petroleum products in the global market has not been transferred to the common man. The government has increased the petroleum taxes on petrol and high-speed diesel from October 1, 2019.

According to the details, the government is taking Rs 40 on diesel and Rs 38 on petrol as petroleum levy and GST.
