Those who target our Mosques are not true Muslims: Army Chief

In response to an explosion during a Prayer at a local mosque in Quetta, Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that those who target our Mosques are not true Muslims.

Quetta, the capital of Balochistan province, once again becomes the target of terrorism, and another bomb blast took place in the city this week.

On January 7, two people were killed and several injured in a blast near Frontier Corps (FC) vehicle on Mackangi Road, Quetta.

Yesterday, an explosion occurred at a mosque in Ghousabad area of ​​Satellite Town in which 15 people, including DSP Amanullah, were killed and 21 were injured.

Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa said targeting innocent people in the mosque and the attack on the madrasa could not be done by true Muslims.

The Army Chief directed that every possible assistance be provided to the police and civil administration.

Meanwhile, according to the spokesman of the Pakistan Army, FC Balochistan troops have reached the blast site in Quetta and search operation has been started by encircling the area.
