Three Indian engineers released in exchange for 11 Taliban prisoners


According to the Afghan news agency, seven Indian engineers working at a power plant in Baghlan province were abducted in May last year, while three Indian engineers released who was also kidnapped from Baghlan province, abducted by 11 Taliban prisoners.

According to media reports, the Afghan Taliban commander has confirmed that Taliban prisoners include Taliban leader Syed Mohammad Akbar Agha, former governor of Kunar Sheikh Abdul Rahim and former governor of Nimruz Maulvi Abdul Rashid Baloch.
