Try 4-7-8 Method to sleep in One Minute and avoid insomnia

We all know that calm sleep is very important for a healthy life, so a person should take 7-8 hours of sleep daily to stay refreshed. Experts say if you do not get sleep immediately after lying in bed, try this method.

  1. This is a natural tip called (4-7-8) method; first of all, you have to lie down on bed.
  2. Take a breath of max 4 seconds.
  3. Keep breath in the body for 7 seconds after inhalation.
  4. Then exhale slowly for 8 or more seconds.

By repeating this process by lying on the bed, you will sleep peacefully within a minute. By doing this exercise, the human mind is completely relaxed, which makes it very easy to fall asleep.
