Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has said that up gradation in health sector is the top priority of the provincial government.
Chied Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar visited Nishtar Hospital in Multan on Thursday and observed their medical facilities that were provided to patients. He also inquired the patients if the facilities and services were good.
He ordered the administration of Nishter Hospital to improve general cleanliness and additionally said no complaint should arise with regard to availability of free medicines. The CM directed and made sure that free medicines are available in hospital at every cost.
CM Buzdar announced that residents of Multan will be given another project, Nishter-II and that an organized system was devised to provide free medicines in all hospitals.
Minister for National Health Services Aamer Mehmood Kiani, on January 9 ordered the Holy Family Hospital to improve its services.
