Zong introduces call package for China from Pakistan under CPEC


China Mobile Pakistan (CMP), Zong, introduced new packages for China from Pakistan under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).

This is the first time that Zong has introduced the cheapest phone call packages for people living in both countries under the CPEC project.

Generally, charges for phone calls from Pakistan to overseas are higher than local phone calls, but Zong has made new calling charges in China which are equal to local charges.

According to a statement issued by Zong, the company has introduced two new cheap call packages from Pakistan to China that will be used by prepaid and postpaid customers.

Under the new packages, consumers will be able to make weekly phone calls to China with a package of Rs 250, while under the second package, customers will be able to use the entire month call facility with a Rs 750 plus tax package.

The packages mentioned by Zong are provided under the 4G service and efforts have been made to ensure that consumers do not face any hassle while making phone calls to China.

Customers can also avail the weekly package by going to their mobile phone’s message option by typing ‘Sub CNAW’ and sending a message to 4083.

Similarly, to get the monthly package, users can avail the service by writing ‘CNAM’ and sending a message to 4083.

Balance of up to Rs. 320 is required to avail weekly package and Rs. 850 needed for availing monthly package.
